I live near Seattle — I can count on two hands the number of fake children I’ve seen in the carpool lane on 405. Also have seen a coat and head wrapped around a backseat headrest. There are also people who keep carrier in their backseat and then pull the canopy over for the appearance that an infant is sleeping in it.
